The law is acting against those unlawfully disposing of waste. In the last week, more than 60 sites across Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire received unannounced visits from the Environment Agency and HMRC officers as they began a crackdown on suspected waste crime. The joint action was a follow up on reports of the illegal burning of commercial waste. Breaking News: Telehandler Used In Bank Raid

Dramatic footage of thieves using a Bobcat telehandler to rip a cash machine have been released earlier today by Leicestershire Police Force. Watch the full video here.  The thieves made off with the cash machine after causing immense destruction to the building. Police are seeking anyone who might have information about the incidence as they are currently making enquiries. After almost two years of consultations and developments, the Transport for London has announced concrete plans to implement a requirement of safety permits for all HGVs over 12 tonnes entering London.
