Overview
About our 32ft drying rooms:
- All the drying rooms are steam-cleaned professionally before they are delivered
- Meet all standards and requirements from the HSE
- Fully insulated, watertight, wind-tight and weatherproof
- Come complete with seating benches with hat and clothes pegs above
- Heavy-weight doors and double-locks makes these units highly safe and durable
- Come complete with 3 x strip lights, 2 x fan heaters, 6 x double power sockets
- Vandal resistant, heavy duty vinyl flooring and double-glazed, PVC window
- Very spacious with plenty of room for manoeuvre inside
Drying rooms are also available in sizes: 10ft, 12ft, 16ft, 20ft and 24ft.
Delivery & Removal
Please be aware of access requirements for delivery.
Ensure there is enough space around the drying room for it to be placed safely on the ground.
Please ensure the area is clear of any hazards such as loose cables, uncovered manholes, or overhanging branches. If any are present, inform one of our advisers beforehand.

Safety Information
- Drying rooms need to be placed on flat ground
- Please be aware of access space for delivery
- If access is on a narrow road, please call for advice
- Please make us aware of any low bridges in your vicinity
- Smoking is prohibited by law in welfare units where employees are resting or getting changed
Things to consider
- It’s advisable to grease the hinges at regular intervals to reduce rust if using the office for a long time
- Rest areas should not be used to store equipment, materials or plant
- By law, rest areas should be adequately heated
- Consider the distances workers will have to travel to visit the drying room
- Drying rooms should be located at an adequate distance from pedestrians and vehicles
