What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Advisor at PAL Hire, you’ll be responsible for:

– Developing your own portfolio of customers, including both warm leads and new prospects.
– Providing excellent customer service by understanding our clients’ unique requirements and recommending suitable equipment for their projects.
– Processing orders, coordinating deliveries and collections, and ensuring timely payment.
– Negotiating pricing and sourcing appropriate suppliers from our extensive network.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

– Prior experience in a similar role (desired not essential)
– Possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
– Is resilient, with a growth mindset and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
– Enjoys building relationships and has a friendly demeanour.
– Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
